Do you think I should count all the calories for that or like 2/3rds or something on the hsgd. Cos It has like 3 servings of veg in it. Opinions?

THIS IS MY WORKOUT PLAN
I eat roughly 1300 NET calories a day Eat at your BMR for full effect :)if you have an itouch/iphone get nike training club, they are the workouts i follow
if you dont have one here they are
(repeat all workout 3 times, i do it through out the day)
ARMS!
- 1 min single leg arm curls (with dumbbells)
- 1 minute push-ups (or alternate medicine ball push-ups)
- 1 minute modified tricep push-ups
- 30 sec sumo squat with press (with dumbbells)
- 1 min plank row (with dumbbells)
ABS!
- 1 min toe touches (with medicine ball or dumbbells)
- 1 min russian twists (with medicine ball or dumbbells)
- 30 second plank
- 30 second modified side plank on each side
- 1 minute crazy ivans (with medicine ball or dumbbells)
LEGS!
- 1 min side lunge (with dumbbells)
- 1 min squats (with dumbbells)
- 30 second squat jumps
- 30 second ski jump (with dumbbells or medicine ball)
- 1 min around the world lunges
- 30 second split jumps
BUTT!
- 1 min hip lifts (go onto your toes for max burn)
- 1 min cross back lunge (with medicine ball or dumbbells)
- 30 second split jumps
- 1 min side lunge with rotation (with medicine ball or dumbbells)
- 1 min modified side plank with leg lifts
For the K Distances
- Walk them
- Run them
- Or multiply by 3 and cycle them

Cherry Mint Tea (makes 1.7 litres of tea)
What you need:
- 400g frozen cherries
- 1 big bunch of mint
- 1.5 tbsp black tea (leaves rather than the bags or 2 bags)
- ~4tbsp sugar (feel free to use more/less according to your taste)
- 1.5 litres of boiling water
- a few icecubes
What you do:
- place the tea, mint and sugar in a oven proof dish and leave to brew for 15 minutes
- place the cherries in a 2 litre jug, strain the tea using a seive and pour over the cherries into the jug
- Once warm-cold put in the fridge and just before serving load with icecubes
Note:
You can try experimenting with other fruit like apples, strawberries, mixed berries.

By eating 1400 calories a day
just because you have a little binge
or eat like 2000 calories in a day
YOU ARE NOT GONNA GAIN WEIGHT
(unless of course you starve yourself, which is retarded and pointless)
i had to remind myself this this morning when i was like omg i didnt put on wieght :$
then i was like well i ate at my TDEE why on earth would i?
It won’t get you thinner as it slows down your metabolism and it’s not at all healthy. It’s bad for you hair, teeth, skin and countless other body parts. That can’t be worth it, so make sure to eat just enough to get through the day and having enough energy for workouts.
This is what has worked for me and everyone that i have recomended it to
eating your BMR amount calories a day when you dont exercise
eating your BMR calories + 2/3 of your exercise calories when you do
and this seems to be a good calories breakdown
breakfast - 25% of your calories
snack - 7% of your calories
lunch - 35% of your calories
snack - 7% of your calories
dinner - 20% of your calories
evening snack - stick to vegetables only, 5% of your calories
try and exercise 3-5 times a week
66% cardio 33% strength
doing yoga on rest days is good!
remember to stretch
