with the exception of japanese mushroom soup

Ingredients-
1 cup of sundried tomatoes
1/2 a cup of fresh basil
1/4 of a cup of pine nuts/ macadamia nuts/ sunflower seeds (you can use any kind of seed or nut, really)
A pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/3 a cup of cold pressed olive oilMethod-
Whiz everything together in a food processed and voila! You have a delicious raw vegan dip. Easy peasy.Tip-
Mix two tablespoons of the pesto with half of an avocado for an amazing salad dressing.:)

This is what has worked for me and everyone that i have recomended it to
eating your BMR amount calories a day when you dont exercise
eating your BMR calories + 2/3 of your exercise calories when you do
and this seems to be a good calories breakdown
breakfast - 25% of your calories
snack - 7% of your calories
lunch - 35% of your calories
snack - 7% of your calories
dinner - 20% of your calories
evening snack - stick to vegetables only, 5% of your calories
try and exercise 3-5 times a week
66% cardio 33% strength
doing yoga on rest days is good!
remember to stretch
