Vegan Lolly: Golden Vanilla Vegan cupcakes

Ingredients:

1 cup soy Milk

1 Teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour

2 tablespoons cornstarch (cornflour)

3/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt (Increase salt to 1/2 spoon if you’re using…

gonna make some tomorrow at some point when i can afford the ingredients haha ^_^ and then bring them into school and give them to people
